Jobdesc:
1. Create marketing strategies based on project objectives.

9. Propose new approaches or digital strategies to improve promotional effectiveness.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or related fields.
2. 2–3 years of experience in marketing, especially in project management.
3. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and budget planning (RAB).
4. Skilled in managing promotion schedules, events, and digital campaigns.
5. Able to coordinate with both internal and external parties.
6. Analytical skills for project monitoring and evaluation.
7. Creative in proposing new digital strategies.
8. Capable of working independently or in a team under tight deadlines.
9. Proficient in project administration and reporting.
10. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and project management apps is a plus.
