Jobdesc:

1. Prepare and collect documents for Foreign Workers in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Manage eVisa applications (business, visit, work) for Foreign Workers.
3. Submit RPTKA and notification documents and their validation.
4. Manage extensions of visit stay permits and work permits for Foreign Workers.
5. Manage databases of stay permits and work permits for Foreign Workers systematically.
6. Prepare and process Residence Certificates (SKTT) and Domicile Certificates to authorized agencies.
7. Actively coordinate with government agencies such as Immigration, the Ministry of Manpower, and the Population Service.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience handling documentation and permits for Foreign Workers.
3. Familiar with visa processes, eVisa, KITAS, RPTKA, and work/residence permits.
4. Skilled in coordinating with government institutions.
5. Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital administrative tools.
9. Willing to join immediately and work at the Jakarta head office.
