Jobdesc:

1. Handle employee administration at the site, including labor-related issues
2. Manage industrial relations and coordinate with relevant government institutions
3. Mitigate and handle litigation cases in accordance with applicable legal procedures
4. Monitor training activities, including OHS/SIO K3 at the site
5. Handle internal and external disputes professionally
6. Provide legal support and ensure compliance with laws and regulations at the site

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law
2. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
3. Must hold a PKPA certificate
4. Good knowledge of Labor Law and relevant regulations
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and administrative skills
6. Detail-oriented, agile, honest, and able to work flexibly
7. Willing to be placed in all company operational areas
8. Able to join immediately
